Swimming to gold
For many pupils, these lessons are the highlight of the week and for others they encourage a passion for the sport which is often then taken further as a competitive sport as they move into Seconday School.The Panathlon Challenge is a national charity that provides sporting opportunities for disabled children gaining support from sponsors such as Garfield Weston and St James's Place, both of whom have been regular supporters of Mary Hare School.Mary Hare Primary is very proud to be part of The Panathlon Challenge, realising the importance of deaf children having as many competitive sporting opportunities as possible which builds their confidence, resilience and love of sports.
