Soundwave is our annual magazine showcasing the highlights of all Mary Hare activities across the last academic year. You can sign up to receive a digital copy of Soundwave which comes out every June.
On Thursday 24 March, three students represented Mary Hare at the Thames Valley Final Round of the Youth Speaks: Debate Competition.
Neve, Miles and Georgie put on a fantastic performance with their debate about Politics in Social Media.
The team had made huge progress from the previous round, although pipped to the post with Didcot Girls 6th form taking 1st place. Miles was commended on his fantastic speech, Neve was the youngest in her round and answered a question from the audience with real confidence and thought and Georgie chaired the debate really well, sharing a joke with the audience.
A huge congratulations to Neve, Miles and Georgie, who were all fantastic representatives of the school.
