Arrange a visit or book an assessment

We are delighted that you are considering a place at Mary Hare School.

Please indicate on the form below if you are looking to book in a visit or arrange an assessment.

Booking a visit: We would encourage you to try and book one of our our events which also consist of presentations and will give you much more information as well as a chance to meet with other prospective families. If you are unable to make any of our Open Days and events or would like to arrange a visit for a possible immediate start for your child, then we would be delighted to show you around our school. 

During a visit we will aim to show you at least one classroom, the library, other areas of the school site and the relevant boarding house.  When arranging a visit it would be useful to know your child's favourite subject and, if this subject is being taught during your visit, we will try and visit it.

Booking an assessment: Once you have completed the form below, our Admissions Manager will then be in touch to arrange a suitable date for the assessment. We will evaluate the information you provide in the form and will request from you the paperwork we require for a successful assessment. It is important that you are able to supply this in good time so that our Assessment team is able to review the documents and have a good understanding of your child before the Assessment process commences.
