Rachel Carr

Rachel Carr is Assistant Principal for teaching and learning. She taught languages in mainstream education for 6 years before joining Mary Hare as a French teacher in 2003. She has been a teacher of the deaf since 2005. In November 2019 she gave a presentation at the Hear and Now conference on removing the barriers for deaf language learners. Rachel was Head of the Humanities and Languages Faculty for 5 years before joining the leadership team as Assistant Principal 3 years ago. She is a member of BATOD.
